Winter is here and the vines are bare and freshly pruned, ready for another season. We are now busy making cheese in preparation for Christmas! In 6 months we will have some deliciously ripe Gouda, Swiss, Havarti and Cheddar, ready for consumption.
In other news, last week we held our first dinner, hosting visiting Chefs Abbey and Kane from South Australia who cooked up a lovely selection of canapes for our guests. The veranda had just been insulated and we had a lovely warm evening while it poured and gusted outside.
And last but not least, our new Denmark Farmhouse Beef has arrived and is in fresh and frozen portions ready for sale in the shop. If you want an excellent cut of local, grass fed beef, we are the place to be! Lots of cuts are available and prices are close to Coles and Woolies prices so you won't find a better price.
