Terms of Service

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Discounts apply to cases (12) of wine only - call us if you have any questions!
Occasionally vintage requested maybe out of stock, we do our best to make sure the website is always up to date and will contact you immediately if something is out of stock or we have changed vintages. 
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Wine orders are processed weekly from our shop. We are located 20km from town so we do one bulk dispatch each week. Shipping to Perth is usually 2 - 3 days. Everywhere else is usually 7 business days. If you require your items sooner feel free to send us an email or give us a call! We're happy to accommodate special requests. 

Cheese is ALWAYS shipped on a Monday. You MUST be in attendance to receive cheese orders as the packaging has a limited insulation time span. We will notify you immediately after shipping with tracking details. 

Deliveries are made by Australia Post Wine Delivery Service.
Purchaser will receive by email Australia Post tracking number when order is dispatched.
