Our Father & Son team of cheesemakers Laurie & Jack Stock make all of our Cheese by hand on site with milk sourced from Hick's Dairy just down the road. It doesn't get much more local than that!
We have a wide variety of award winning soft and hard cheese –
Crem Dal Blu, Fresh Fromage, Brie, Triple Cream Camembert, Cheddar, Swiss, Caerphilly, Havarti and Gouda with a variety of different flavours across the range.
In 2024 we were crowned with the Grand Champion Dairy Product Award of Excellence by the Dairy Industry Association of Australia (WA). We are very proud of our cheesemakers who also won 5 gold and 14 silver medals in the DIAA awards in 2023 and 8 gold and 8 silver medals in the 2022

SILVER Winning cheeses are our Feta (Plain; Dill Pickle), Fresh Fromage (Garlic Onion & Chive; Jalapeno), Scotsdale Gouda (Plain; Garlic & Chive; Cumin; Pepper; Chilli; 17 Month Old; Garlic & Chive; Cumin), Cheddar (Golden Hill) Havarti (Chilli and Garlic).
