A brilliant, fresh, pale straw colour with green tinges. The nose is intense and
vibrant, showing lifted lemons and limes with delicate hints of blossom. The
palate is seamless and pure, opening with flavours of mandarin and grapefruit
before moving into a slightly more generous mid-palate of passionfruit. A classic
backbone of limey acidity provides drive and balance.
