2023 Chardonnay

With an appearance of a brilliant yellow straw colour with youthful green tinges. An inviting nose combining stone fruits and citrus with complex toasty, savoury barrel ferment characters. A soft palate with nectarine and citrus leading to a creamier mid palate of vanilla and roasted cashews with a lingering crisp finish of grapefruit acidity and spicy French oak.
