blossom and spice. With the initial flavours of peaches and mandarin leading to a richer mid-palate of more tropical pineapple and
banana finishing with a clean, refreshing grapefruit acidity. (14.5% alcohol).

vibrant citrus acidity. A brilliant fresh, pale straw colour with green tinges with a lively rich nose displaying tropical passionfruit
balanced by floral notes. (13.5% alcohol).

Has a lively nose of sweet cherries with hints of spice, then a balanced and refreshing palate of generous redcurrants and black
cherry fruits finishing with a crisp citrus acidity. (13.5% alcohol).

A vibrant nose of raspberries and cherries with floral overtones, followed by ric h flavours of blackberry and plum with soft,
rounded mid-palete textures and a long spicy finish. (14% alcohol).

2008 Three Cabernets
Our estate grown Three Cabernets is a special blend of Cabernet Savignon, Cabernet Franc and Ruby Cabernet.
Displaying a classic cool climate nose of raspberries and plums complemented by a varietal leafy mintiness, followed by a
balanced ripe palate of blackcurrant and chocolate with a spicy finish of cinnamon and cloves.
(14% alcohol).

2008 Shiraz
Ducketts Mill Shiraz has a deep red with purple hues combined with a complex nose of mulberries, violets and spicy white pepper
supported by vanillin French oak. A well structured wine showing intensity with elegance. Initial flavours of black cherry and dark
fruits lead to spicy mid-palate of pepper and cinnamon with a long, rich mocha and toasty French oak finish. (alcohol 14.5%)

2007 Reserve Cabernet
The Ducketts Mill estate grown Reserve Cabernets, a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Ruby Cabernet has
benefited from two years in oak barrels that have produced a seamless wine with complex, intense palate of plums, mint and
coffee bean. A mid palate of velvety tannins and mocha oak leads to a long vibrant redcurrant finish. (13.5% alcohol).

White Port
Aroma: apricot and peach.
Extremely smooth, silky and drinks well as an aperitif or as a desert wine. Spicy characters from very ripe Chardonnay and Verdelho grapes. Can be served chilled (17.5% alcohol).

Vintage Port
Appearance: caramel brick red; aroma: oak and raisins.
Vintage ports are the quintessential examples of barrel matured ports. Smoky oak and brandy complexities combine with raisin aromas. Serve after dinner with soft cheeses (18% alcohol).

Aged Muscat
Appearance: deep amber; aromas: sultanas and raisins.
Sweet, spicy raisin flavous, reminiscent of fruit cake. Serve with chocolates and cheese at the end of a meal (18% alcohol).

Marsala
Appearance: dark golden amber; aroma: toffee and caramel.
An original Italian liqueur. A sweet fortified wine, it is very versatile and used in many culinary creations. Use as an aperitif with matured cheese or at the end of a meal (18% alcohol).

Citrus Nip
Appearance: golden orange; aroma: mandarins.
Mandarin marmalade flavours and aroma with a touch of spice. Serve as a liqueur or in summer over ice or as a long drink with soda water (alcohol 18%).
